Hello
Most of my 25 fig trees are showing light green to yellow spots on leaves. I was wondering if it is FMV or some kind of deficiency. I planted one tree with these symptoms in ground and these spots went away. How would I go about correcting this on my potted trees. I attached pic of Kathleen black with this problem.
Thanks

Hard to be certain the cause. Could be FMV. Regardless, I'd recommend some mild fertilizer. Not overly heavy on nitrogen. Maybe 10-10-10 (or any flat ratio fertilizer like that). Good luck with it. Mike central NY state, zone 5a p.s. watch to see if there are any particular insects on it too. If so, treat with something mild. Looks more like FMV to me though. Regardless, things that improve overall health tend to reduce the symptoms of FMV.

I've had several new trees do that this year. I don't see it on any of last years trees. I think it's simply stress and maybe some FMV... as long as it's perky, it sh ould be fine. Eventually, you'll see some new leaves that are normal.

Could also be minor nutrient deficient. If your fertilizers don't have the minor nutrients you might want to add Ironite or Iron Tone.

Mine have had that. Use. Miracle Gro once a week following the potted plant strength and it will go away
