I started about 750 pots of fig cuttings this winter/spring. I had about 13% not make it but most of those were 2 varieties that I had plenty of. Maybe about 5 varieties did not make it. 80 varieties did.

I've specialized in local cold hardy unknowns. (Zone 6). I have a bunch of those as well as some named varieties.

I'm selling figs on Craigslist and have sold a few on eBay. Before I re-list on eBay I figure I'll offer them here first. All of the varieties are $10. I can fit 4 varieties in a box, shipping is $15. So $55 shipped. (The only exceptions are Smith and Rossa di Trianni. They are $20 each)

They all are limited in numbers but 2-10 or so per variety. In the case that a variety is sold out I'll let you know if I can offer a similar substitute.

You can use the search function here to see pictures of fruit from many of the unknowns I've collected.

I've been potting up the varieties that I'm keeping and did a head count of varieties that are still for sale. Here is a list of what is available as of September 1st. I'll update the list as items are sold. I can ship up to 8 varieties per box for $15. I'll be at the Staten Island Fig Fest if you'd prefer to pick up then. I'm also up for trades at the SIFF if that works better for you. (I don't think I'm going to bring any figs that are not sold or spoken for)

I made the hoops. I started with 3/4" pvc but I ended up snapping or pinching them in the middle. I think I was trying to make the legs too close together. I then switched to the 1.5" irrigation pipe. Very sturdy. I used construction plastic in the early spring and then switched to 30% shade cloth.

Thank you for not just naming found varieties and trying to sell them under those names. The way you do it is honest and helps prevent the crazy naming fad that creates fig confusion. I'd rather see unk after the name but no need to be too picky. 
I sell trees as well but only the ones I've harvested fruit from.
I got rid of my unknowns as I just did not have enough room (I still have over 250 varieties) and as you know they are not great trade bait.
I do miss one unknown (Seattle Purple)
And I do have a few trees that were just named but were too good to burn (ex, Papa John's -although this year is was a bit disappointing).
I get sent unknowns from friends that are "must tries" (I'm sure you have your share of those.) so the unknown number creeps up.

I collect named cold hardy plants even though I live in zone 7A. I hope to retire even further up into the mountains and it's colder up yonder.
I'd love to compare notes on cold hardy stuff with you.

I visited a nursery today that purchased 600 cuttings from me in the fall. His trees are doing great. Many are full of young fruit. He may even get a couple to ripen this year. He's really happy with them. He never grew figs before.
