Peter is a well respected and well known member of the fig community, just not a vocal forum member. I am happy to say Peter is a friend and he is a major player every year of the Staten Island Fig Festival. I would highly recommend him. __________________ Coop Northern NJ Zone 7a

I bought from him before.I must say that his fig trees are very productive. __________________ Growing- Galicia negra, I-258, De la reina,; Montenegro,Raspberry latte, Panachee, Col de dame grise (belleclare), Sweet joy ,Coll de dama blanca-negra, Bordissot negra, Parajal rimada , Calderona .Bordissot negra rimada, Albacor de Molla de Melo,White persian. Hi Jamie. Peter is a friend of mine. All his plants are authentic, you will get what you pay for, he is very knowledgeable and has the figs from the now closed BelleClare nursery. If you live in the northeast you should attend the Staten island NY fig fest and meet him, he's a great guy. (Bid with confidence) Vito

Thank you Vito, I appreciate your sharing this with me. I live in eastern PA right now but grew up just over the Goethals bridge from Staten Island so I would LOVE to attend the fig festival there next year! I wanted to go this past year but it was on a Tuesday I believe.. So it was difficult for me to make it on that day & time. Im really not that far away either, I already mapped it at 72 miles :) Next year for sure!
