Hello everyone. Love an iID on my dear gardening friend from Sicily, Angelo. Angelo has 10+ 4 year old figs. This one is the star! He has been getting huge primo figs off this tree for 2 months +. Would love to know what this is? Happy figging! !

Looks like my black Italian. Leaves also look similar. My tree came from a nursery in Baton Rouge.
I’m not talking about Italian black that comes from becnal

First soooo glad to see the forum is still up and running! And Angelo doesn't remember. A local nursery. He has been gone from Sicily for 50+ years. He says it's the best fig of his career!
