I saw 2 cuttings on Ebay yesterday.  But they slipped out of my grasp.  They went for $71.99.  By comparison the Col De Dame Noir 3 cuttings sold for $20.50, Col De Dame gris 3 cuttings for $36.  This variety is certainly high on many peoples most wanted list. :)

Last year Col de Dame Noir & Gris cuttings were going between 60-80+.

If one is patient I bet next year Genovese Nero cuttings will be at least half their price this year, 2017 they will be like RdB is now in price.

I've only been growing figs for a few years and I have seen this trend repeat several times.

:) It doesn't take very long for this small fig market to saturate.
