Help identifying a black fig

Hi Everyone,

This strong low spreading fig tree was given to me as a 6-inch rooted cutting in June of 2015. Planted it in my Mediterranean Garden in December of 2015.

The fig could probably ripen for another 2-3 days. But I could not wait any longer. The flavor is milder and texture is softer compared to VdB. Good size fig!

Looking forward to taste the fig more when it produces next year.

Maybe someone on here with much more experience can help me identify the fig. Thank you all for your help!

This is taken on December 6th, 2015. The little "Mystery" fig on the left and VdB on the right.

Here are the photos taken today when I harvested the first fig from the "Mystery" fig tree.

Thank you Ross~ I was thinking it might be too.

BTW, I love your Google spreadsheet! Amazingly organized tracking and recording of things. I need to do the same with my garden. Hope you don't mind me copying the structure of the spreadsheets and start tracking my own!
