Help with Bug ID

Suggestions on ID for this little white bug less than 1/4"?
It looks very happy living around the tip and just under the figs. There is some white fuzz on the stem and a small web under the figs and leaves.   Don't see any damage to the fig plant yet but I would think that is coming soon.  If you try and touch it.  It crawls fast to the other side of the stem.

This little fig is a 3 month Sicilian Black from a very healthy mother plant and anxious to produce figs..lol
I normally thin out the figs on cuttings but this little fellow was tucked in the corner so I didn't see him.  Now I up potted him to a 2 gal and fed him and saw the bug.

Mealybug

Thanks Mydogmike!

I sent this one to bug heaven and washed and scrubbed the white fuzz and web off the fig.  Hope not to see anymore of them.

Actually, it's a leaf hopper, which, as the name suggests, can go pretty fast. Not as bad as a mealy bug, but you still don't want it on your plants if possible.

Thanks Rick!
Interesting you said its a leaf hopper.  Because I found another one and went to touch it and it jumped away just like leaf hoppers do.  But I had never seen a white leaf hopper before.

Пино [Wf3hCOM8a3E]  , мы имеем этих вредителей в течение 3 лет. Мы называем их белыми лисичками.

Nice photo Vladis!
Sorry but I can't translate your post.
Those bugs look interesting with their harry bodies but they don't look like the white leaf hoppers on my fig.

Pino use Google translator. They are adults. On your photo, it's a fatigue.

Translation:

Pino,

We have these pests for 3 years. We call them white chanterelles.

I'm picking them off daily here too. Not a lot but a couple here and there. Never saw them before this year.

OK got it
thanks all!
it was a warm winter and wet spring and summer so makes sense to see lots bug pressure this year.
