Dave you should do some YouTube Fig videos ..partnership with Ross ?? Maybe . I love Fig videos , it's better than Diazepam and I'm sure everyone here would love to see yours too. It's the right time to start .

TheASTrader  They are grates that are sold in nursery supplies for drainage and they are not cheap what you could do if you need them go to the home depot and they sell the exact same thing for a 2 x 4 fluorescent  fixture called a light diffuser I think you could get 3 or 4 out of 1 diffuser 

Ame they are going on 3 weeks the buds are starting to pop no roots yet once I see roots I will post pictures
