I have some unidentified figs, and i really like to know what i have.
I found three photos on my phone (i apologize for the bad quality), took in november 2016.
I haven't taken more photos because the fruit was stolen by some animals, than i don't know how is the pulp or the flavor; i have not taken photos of the leaves (i know that leaves are important as fruits to identify a variety), but i can say that mostly are unlobed, and some show 5 lobes.
The plant of wich i speak in this topic, like the plant showed in this: goo.gl/vcPNz6 , comes from the same source.
It was labeled as Bourjassotte noire, and i was quite surprised when i saw a yellow fruit.
It's a tiny plant, and i think that the fruit weighed more than the plant!
I read lots of threads in this forum, and watched lots of pictures on Google, and the variety that looks more like this plant is the Armenian.
It's a huge fig, with yellow skin and round-flattened shape.
Look at the ostiole: is larger than the nail of my index!
The plant had also other fruits but it was too late for ripening.
I will take other photos in the coming monts (maybe there will be some brebas?).
I must say that i'm very happy for the mistake, as for the other plant, these are very interesting varieties.
