identify this purple fig?

This was sold to me as San Pietro. First fig that I've picked from it. Any help? The leaf is actually small in comparison to the fig.

That is some beautiful purple color! How is the texture & the taste?

The texture was a bit chewer than my white fig and much sweeter.

It could possible be san pietro.  I'm no expert, but it bears some resemblance to the san pietro on this page:

Well, if you have cuttings later this year I'd be interested to try it out!

It's a small tree, maybe 3 feet tall. If I can get cuttings I'll gladly trade you!

I looked around a bit to compare leaves & fruit & what little i found looks like it could be. Of course, im not an expert. it certainly looks like a great fig!

Looks like Negronne to me.
