It's my understanding that some people think there's a ton of similarity among Mt. Etnas so I kind of relegated them to add-ons in my search. Still, I have St. Rita and Unknown Owensboro although I know MBVS is held in very high regard.
You can really get by with just one Col de Dame. You can collect as many of the colors as you want, and many collectors like to do this, but the flavors are more or less the same. Be careful, though, as there are some misnamed CdDs floating around, particularly Col de Dame Gris. A healthy FMV-free Col de Dame Blanc seems to be a really popular choice.
I don't know much about the LSU figs.
Your list is missing JH Adriatic. I know a lot of folks up north say JH Adriatic is cold hardy so it'd be perfect for you. Also, it's a killer fig. I know I258 is a great choice and you may want to research Galicia Negra and Smith a bit, too. These "rare" figs are getting easier to come by every year. ;)
Well done on the research, though! There's a ton of info to go through.
