I would email the fella to fond out his source and or if its just a name given to it because it could not yet be identified. I have not heard of it sorry to not be of help.

lol yes it was me! I was thinking that it would be noticed by anyone except for the people in Montreal... I decided to not trash some of the cuttings I have. My first post had a link to my page with the full explanation but I got a notice from Graigslist admins saying I cannot link to websites since this could be considered as a commercial operation... So fare I have been giving more then just five cuttings for 10$... I also offer complimentary tea or coffee on pick-up of cuttings... I am probably not going to make much out of this. It think it has been more fun meeting new people interested in figs then getting the 10 dollars... One guy has normally been selling small unknown fig trees for 60$ on craigslist in Montreal... __________________ not in Montreal Z5b My fig collection http://www.figtrees.ca

Eureka, Wildfigrager solved my fig plant mystery. While taking down my dormant plant to the basement I came across one small plant marked JTM and I could not figure out where it came from (though I do have notes somewhere to check later, sometime). It is 'Jean Talon Market' from The_Montreal_fig. __________________ Ottawan-Z5a, Canada
