Per this thread, Lampeira is one of the earliest and best breba producers and could be potentially very good in cool summer climates such as the Pacific Northwest.

Its an old thread and I was wondering if there was any update?

Is anyone growing it in a relatively cool or short climate? How well does it produce? Any issues (splitting, rotting, etc.)

Also, does that earlier thread refer to Lampeira Branca or Lampeira Preta or some other?

Lampeira preta for me ripened figs in mid may in pot..

Per portuguese papers Sao Joao Preto is earlier.
