That is the coolest thing ever to walk down the street and find a fruit tree just there available for the public. I just never see that in the city. You might drive down an alley and see some fruit hanging over a fence and decide that's public enough to grab a couple pieces of fruit. Good find!

I'd be interested in trying some cuttings of that! It must be really great to find random fig trees growing like that!

Looks great! I'm from NC, and spent lots of time in Raleigh. PM me on the location of the tree please. Thanks. :)

Currently Growing: a bunch of varieties.

Guys, with due respect, I am not disclosing the location of the tree for obvious reasons. The next thing I would hate to see is that tree getting clipped. Thanks for understanding.

It's a public tree, it's not like we are going to chainsaw it down. I just wanted to try the fruit but thanks anyway.

Fair enough. Since I am in NC please keep me in mind when it comes cutting exchange season. I like trees that do well in my climate. :)
