Friday my wife ask me to go to the ATM at the nearby Navy Federal Credit union to get her some cash for her trip to Louisiana yesterday. We live in a rural area but the credit union built their headquarters here. Quite a large facility. As I drove up I noticed several landscapers at work planting Camillias. One was close to the road and I asked what he was going to do with the empty pots. His answer was he was giving them to me. I picked up what was empty and was told to be back at 3:30 for the rest as that was their quiting time. I went back about 3:20 and they were gone, but the rest of the pots were neatly stacked for me to pick up. Total of 69  6.25 gallon pots. I will never pass up an opportrtunity to ask again. You never know.

My local nursery gave me a ton of those same size ones last year very cheap. Not that many though.

Very nice!  I got my free pots from a local landscape store.  One of the pots is 45 gallons, which won't be needed for many years.  Good to have though!

Congrats!
Coupe of years ago some builders were building a house next door. I asked the landscaper to give me all the big pots. They were throwing them over the fence so I end up with 60-70 15 gal pots :-)
