While rearranging some of my trees today I noticed that one of the limbs on my Martinenca Rimada is growing variegated leaves 2 years ago I had one or two leaves this time it seems to be one after another 

I suppose I will keep my eye on the next few leaves that grow and if it continues I'll air layer that limb

A little update on my MR she put out a few new leaves and they are continuing to be variegated 

 

Then she will lose that arm to air layer. May she grow other arms like it in the future. : )

Yes the whole limb was variegated I was going to air layer the limb but it got too late in the year I marked the limb so I wouldn't forget which one it was once Spring comes i'll see what happens if she is still all variegated I will air layer it early in the season I saw one other MR with a variegated limb on Figs Malaysia Facebook page I believe if you do a google search on variegated MR it will come up
