Moroccan figs

I realise that this is an almost impossible question to answer, but I'll ask it anyway. Can anyone tell which fig this is most likely to be, please?

The name of the fig is Ahori. There is a link to a youtube film in the item description. If you open the youtube page, you can see the name of the fig.

Ok, thank you very much, Timo.

That Fig is Desert King. There is one DK in every UK allotment site . I wouldn't buy anything from that seller.

Really? I have a DK already. OK, I'll scrap that one. Thank you, Vinny.

I have a Maroc Noir from Harvey but can't seem to find too much on it. Anybody have some info other than Harvey's description?

This is an official paper prepared in Morocco and written in French.
On page 5 you have a table with a basic description of the most popular fig varieties from northern Morocco with their genuine local names..You also  see their  types/crops  , colors, shapes , weights, etc.. more than enough for a first evaluation
What I may say now is that all those varieties when cultivated and grown in Med or Med like environment produce excellent  fruit.
The Lembdar San Pedro's both white (L'biahd) and black (L'khal) are very good figs but like all SanPedro's need pollination for the main crop.. their corresponding brebas are heavy weights, full pulps and much refreshing.
The Common two crop Rhouddane (or Ghouddane) is known throughout Morocco for their great black figs and brebas.
Hope the above helps for a short/simple introduction to the Northern Moroccan fig varieties.
