I thought this was interesting. This is supposedly a fig that came from the Jordan area where Moses struck the Rock in the Book of Numbers instead of spoke to it. Numbers 20. I wonder what kind of fig it would be? I wonder when someone is going to come up with the fig that Adam and Eve used for clothing? Sounds like a scam to me what do you think?

Check with "HarveyC", and see if this is one of the aliases which he had so much trouble with.

The seller is from Brooklyn. I know is a scammer. Sold me very old cuttings that didn't root. Run don't walk.

Many members have relayed personal horror stories to me about dausername1.   That person is no friend to the honest gardener.

I would want a notarized affidavit proving his claim before I ever began to take it serious.

Due to things like: Assyrian, Babalonian, Persian, Greeks, Romans, Crusaders, etc. The map names are mostly fudged in any regard, in that part of the world.

Selling a story, not a good fig.

Some people have nice ways of using mystical advertisings to lure into buying. 
I'm sorry I dont now the seller but, I've read some observations from other members that are not very reassuring.
Besides that if, the fig was found on that side of the world, it probably would not be of interest to me because, I  wouldn't have a wasp and it does not say if you need it. 
Nothing is clear except it comes from there if it is true.
A lot more explanation is needed if we want to cultivate it.
The type of fig ,common, st.pedro, smyrna or take your chance.

Don't know on that. Being a minister that one caught my eye.

Interesting video, I'm going to have to watch it in its entirety.  Aaron (Moses brother) his staff was almond wood, the one that budded and bore almonds. Moses staff would have likely been a hardwood as well, but who can really say right?  Thanks for sharing the link.

Re Mars, If they can't buy the real estate they usually buy the next best thing. A fig tree that grew over there, and where there are buyers, there's always sellers.
