I just wanted to throw out there notification regarding this little identity change that I have implemented. Although I asked Jon to help change my previous identity, which was readily searchable on any search engine such as Google, and thus represented a possible security issue when search results return much more information than I wanted to be available to any individuals with less than pure intent in gathering such member information, I had not received a reply and so went ahead last week and and created the identity to match my other forum membership.
My rationale for making the change is, as indicated, that with the previous identity providing so much personal data in search results, I didn't want to risk having unexpected and unidentified midnight visitors to my happy acres whose purpose was to help me reduce my collective plant holdings to a more manageable size.
Since my installed security systems would have resulted in my then having to dispose of remains (hahaha), I felt it more prudent to simply change my identity to something less likely to yield address information to all but the most determined seekers.
My historical posts and messages unfortunately with this new identity were NOT retained so after a short transition period after which Ii will delete the old identity, those F4F PM conversations with forum friends will be gone and for that I apologize...
