OMG first Angelo's Dark of the season starting to ripen!

Oh yeah! One of my favorites! If u don't have a Angelo's Dark, u need to get on that s#it!

It is one of the best tasting figs I've ever eaten.  Picked the first ones moments ago.  Totally amazing!!!!!

Is Angelo's Dark a fig in the Sal's-Corleone family? Does it have a prominent breba crop?

Very nice. Looks like another to add to the Wish list. Is it berry flavored?

Yes it is strong berry flavor, mt Etna type, awesome fig!

Don't know that fig, it is a mt Etna fig!

No, Sal's-C is not in the Mt. Etna family.  It has larger fruit, ripens a bit later in the season, and has a different leaf shape altogether.

I was saying Angelo's Dark is mt Etna type, don't know what sals is

Angelo's dark doesn't have brebas, it comes from a town near Palermo in Sicily.
