We just had a new baby and started a business so things are cray, but I'll see if I can make it out there.  It would be really nice to meet y'all in person.

Dennis, how is your Raspberry Latte fig tree doing this year?  Does it have fruit?

I'm about 40 minutes from Rock Hill but it's all interstate miles, I-77 and I-485.  I drive fast and can make it in 20.  Doug, you're welcome to attend.  Just email me at my gmail address.

OK guys Sharon called and reminded me about the Orokacoke Fig Festival in NC on the same day as my planned festival.  I completely forgot about the Orokacoke festival and I definitely plan on attending it this year.  SO, I am changing the date of my fig festival to August 20th from 11 to 2.  If you came last year, then within a few minutes you will receive an email from me with an invitation.  Doug, I got you and added you to the list.

Yeah, well I have a lot going on in July and August.  Every year, something slips by me!  Thanks for the call yesterday Sharon.  I would not have forgotten about the Oroacoke festival if you and i had not talked.

Bad news guys...I have to cancel the fig festival. I'm in Dallas Texas now and have to stay longer then turn around and head for Chicago. My new job has me on the road a bit. Was arriving back on Wednesday but can't now. So we will have to meet and talk about Figs another day but not this year. Please pass the word.
