Thanks.

Grilled squid is great,
but I would choose grilled or broiled Octopus over squid  :-)
Although, crab is my favorite from the Ocean.

I had Rellenong Bangus for dinner tonight,
fish was fresh, never frozen, delicious :-)

Dan,  Yeah, that fish was a barely legal (lengthwise) sturgeon caught in a private fresh water pond by my daughter, 12-years old at the time (4 years ago).  She was able to bring it to shore, but I had to land it for her.  It wasn't much of a fighter....  and we didn't keep it, but it sure made us proud!

JD!  You must be able to do anything with photoshop, if that is, you know how to work the thing.

Does being in 0 gravity make you feel like when you drive over a Thank-you-ma'am in your car?  That's such an odd feeling.

Thanks Frank and Dan - I'll be sure to let Mom know!!  People are always surprised at her age (mine too!!)  She attributes it to the Italian olive oil running through our veins lol.  As for the resemblance?  We have been getting that since I was a kid and neither of us see it - of course when I was young I was totally offended!  That's my Mother and she is OLD!!!  Thanks a lot :(

Now, I accept it and say thank you ;)

Me yesterday holding my catch, a Paddle Fish caught from bank of Mississippi river.
Was casting lure and the fish tail snagged it.
Fish picture quickly taken then i let set the fish back into water and watched it swim away.

Here is little info on this fish for the curious.

Seeing that we are talking fishing... Here I am.
From Drop Boxclass="bbc_img">

Heavy into surfcasting for Striped bass in New England and casting to Bluefin tuna with spinning gear. Fished just about everywhere, Cuttyhunk, Block Island, Montauk, Cape Cod Beaches, etc. Had a wooden saltwater lure business selling thousands of lures on the east coast, some to the west coast, and some internationally. Sold the business a while back.

Nice catch Martin. Growing up we used to snag paddlefish in the Yellowstone and Missouri rivers of Montana and North Dakota. If a person can keep one, I still they are the best when cubed, beer battered, and deep fat fried. Of course what isn't good that way? I was thinking about adding a paddlefishing pic to this thread when it started last year.
