Can someone tell me how to post photos to this forum? I'm especially interested in knowing if I can post directly from my phone.

Thanks, y'all.

Ok. Take a pic then go to gallery. Find pic. Click edit. Click re size. Then click 50% then click done. Then save. Its sounds like a pain. Because it is. Give it a try. You will fig it out. Lol

Is this editing done on this site, or on my phone?

I should add that I'm posting from my phone.

Your very kind advice didn't help me, since I use an iphone5.

However, I found the attach file button in the advanced features for replying to messages.

Let's see what this does.

I have a Galaxy note 3 and I can't resize the pics, I always used photobucket but that is a pain. I can probably email it to myself and resize it that way.

That's exactly how I resized my pictures.

I'd love to know how to get photos in the body of a message, as opposed to an attachment.

Great looking figs, Lisa. Can you tell us about them, and bring some with you to the get-together? ;-))

after taking pictures. You ha e to go to photo gallery. Click the three dots on top right of screen. The dots only appear after you touch the screen on top right. Drop box will appear click edit at bottom of screen click resize then 50% then click the box on top right and save. Thats it.

I have a galaxy s4 and I just tried this and it doesn't give me the option to resize 50 %. It would make life a lot easier if I could post pics from my phone.

Its a shame this forum software doesn't automatically resize pictures like most other forums :(

I'm still curious to learn how some posters' images are in the body of their post, while others (including myself) only seem to be able to manage attachments.

Do you see a little tree icon? You can upload and insert the image in the post with it. Or if it does not show you can try the old fashioned way

Hi,
At the bottom two line above your "add reply", use ""insert photo" (in blue letters) and the photo will show up inline. You may need to resize to a lower resolution before you can use the photo here. I use 800*600.
