Please help with these fig trees

This is on two of my trees, and of course one is my Black Madeira, is this a manganese deficiency, or something else is it fert burn?

Neptunes bounty every 10 days and a top dressing of fish bone meal every month, I do this to all my trees, only seeing this on the 2 trees, I flushed the pots really good last night! What do the yellow curled leaves look like?

If that's what it is, then yes, just keep watered.  New growth should come out looking normal.
