I saw these cuttings on ebay, does anyone have any guesses as to what it might be. The seller doesn't know the name, but he says it is cold tolerant.

Thanks Timo, I just did a forum search and it does look similar. I am trying to decide if I should go for it. The seller seems good, he replied to me almost immediately and gave me what information he had.

Thanks Mario, sadly there isn't a good selection of figs in UK nurseries and virtually none in nurseries in Northern Scotland. I did see one last year, a Brown Turkey for just over £40 ($50) which was way too expensive for me.

I have had some nice cuttings from a couple of f4f members but they are not nearby. I have recently found a local member but he too is new to figs. Very few people here in Scotland grow them. I am trying to get figs that are not just cold hardy but able to cope with our short and mediocre summers. I bought a few small plants last year off ebay which look promising and also some nice ones from the Palmi nursery in Bulgaria.
