So i thought i would like to share where i plan on storing my cuttings till i begin rooting them in mid winter. Hopefully this gives others some ideas of the options for storage, not sure i have seen this mentioned prior.

This is a chest freezer that i converted into a keezer (keg freezer) about 2 years ago for my home brewing activities. This allows me to store my cuttings at a cool 42-44 degrees without taking up precious fridge space that my wife is not going to appreciate. I built the chest freezer with a temperature controller that will cycle the chest freezer on/off with a few degree swing. There are currently 2 kegs in the freezer, i have it setup for 3 kegs but haven't brewed in months so i don't have the 3rd keg filled with beer, so i have more room for cuttings.

I was thinking about using an air tight container to hold the cuttings as humidity becomes an issue due to the collar i built allowing air to escape in. I also use damprid inside the keezer to try and absorb humidity.
