roots on cuttings

So I put this particular cutting in the perlite/moisture mixture on 12/21 and it was in spaghnum moss for three weeks before that - it has been in a bin with around 70% humidity and 70 degrees. I keep a colored cup on the outside of the clear cup to protect the roots from the indirect T5 light that is close by. If you look at the photo you can see a small amount of condensation on the inside of the cup so I know its not totally dry inside the soil although the top is dry. The roots just don't seem to be progressing to me. I feel like there's been the same amount for three or four days and they don't seem to be getting any thicker. Also, is it any indication of anything if the roots are stuck to the cup? Any comments would be cherished - does the color look alright? [image]

Sounds like one stubborn cutting,Can't open the pic?

Idk what's going on with the pic. I can't open it on my phone but on my computer it's there. Sorry

I squirt water through dirt cup holes to add water where the roots are forming.

Cant see the pic.

Roots wont stick to the cup, give it a good watering and root ball slides right out.
