Sbayi fig from Middle East

Last month I was on vacation in the middle east area. My last stop was Palestine and Israel. Early in the season I was able to find Sbayi fig in the market in Jerusalem and also in Ramallah. I had never before tasted Sbayi, but so far is my favorite fig. I tasted several varieties of figs including Hmari, Khurtmani and many other good unknows, but Sbayi is a top fig variety. It has a mix of different flavors on the same fig fruit, not just sweet, or sour, or berry flavor, it has a mix of flavors.
In the third week of July, the Sbayi of my uncle were perfectly ripe, he has 4 sbayi trees, one Khurtmani and many other that had Palestinian names.

It's in my wish list. With little luck I should have it very soon.
