77peony on eBay currently has seven different cuttings listed for auction. Buyer beware. I purchased 4 different cuttings in november. When they arrived, some were moldy, rotten and the others dried out. Every one failed. I'm guessing they are not even the "rare" varities the auction claims they are. I am still trying to get a refund. Lesson learned.

What does it take for eBay to ban a seller?  This has been going on for a long time.

Even if they do get banned, they change their MAC address, create a new fake user and continue on.

Ebay has the technology to identify this person if they wish. They just choose not to. From my perspective, I would be very suspicious of anyone selling figs from Moscow, PA
