Tom, I had never heard of Thulu peach, and did a search. Not much info, but it is a variety available at Davis.

BTW, DPRU2245 Andromeda peach was awesome at Davis last summer. It was so good, I ordered scion. A lot of others werfe OK, or so-so, but this one was an eye-popper.

On the far right side below "other info" are "Print" and "report this item". That can be used to report use of your "intellectual property".

Ok, so basically the person on eBay is Ayyubaddeen on Gardenweb, it seems?
In the GW profile for this person, it lists Zone 9 as "home", which is North/coastal FL.
The eBay'er is listed as being from Jacksonville.

In looking for this "Ayyubaddeen" person on other forums, I notice a location of Jacksonville attached to another forum profile, which matches eBay.

The ebay auction started about the day he announced that he received the cuttings, and the cuttings he's offering are the same length/quantity that UCD would deliver, and everything he stated receiving is the same that's on eBay.

Sorry, but ... if that's what is going on, it's just wrong. 

One more person to add to my blacklist...will never swap or trade with them ever.

Is there any way to have him banned from ever getting another UCD cutting in the future?

People like that, are reading these forums and key in on what we are interested in, then they copy other's photos and tries to sell them on eBay.

Jason it points very much so to that person in my opinion.

This is an old thread that I am just reading, BUT this person should definitely be reported to UC Davis. GIve the location and varieties posted. should be rather easy for them to narrow the jerk down and block from future orders.Sickening
