this could be a taboo topic... but I'm going to ask anyway since I'm really curious

Well for a while I have been wondering this and haven't found the answer so I am going to ask.  Hopefully it's ok for me to ask here.

What is the difference between the figs4fun forum and the ourfigs.com forum?

Angela

Probably just the site formats and accessibility.

Most of my availability is at night at work and for soma reason outfits is blocked.

It seems they are both great forums and references for anyone.

Wonderful people everywhere to say hello to.

Mike

They are both cool but this one does seem to be more active.

Ask instead "what do they have in common?" Answer is "everything fig". What's left doesn't matter. Both forums are loaded with the most wonderful and generous and knowledgeable fig people in the world. Some folks belong to one or the other and some folks belong to both. Many folks post to both so really belonging to only one or the other is usually just an understandable exercise in time mgmt since it takes twice the amount of time to participate in both. Of course, you also get twice the enjoyment and belonging to both also ensures that you don't miss out on the knowledge and experience of the full membership of both forums; it really would be a shame to miss out on sharing experiences with even 1 person who may only belong to one and not the other....

Angela, feel free to post anywhere you like. This one is older and the other one has a different format. You will find that some members post on both, while some others have a personal preference as to where to post.
I still find that some classic postings are very helpful and there's a wealth of info continually being stored in both.
Unfortunately, very recently it has become more tricky to post pictures over here and some members have stated that this issue is being addressed.
