Can't ID a fruit tree without fruit.

Maybe.
At that age many many figs look alike.  You will need to wait until a prominent leaf pattern is established then you will have a better idea.
You won't know for sure until you cut open your first ripe figs.

You might keep an eye on the Varietal Information Vista page as it grows and see if it develops along those lines. The leaf looks similar to what is shown there.

Thanks for posting pics. I missed that page. I was thinking about visting the nursery today! I think I want to leave my wallet at home so I'm not tempted. LOL 

I rather doubt that it is.
