That looks amazing. Keep it up and you'll have me moving to Portugal. I'm not sure how I would ship all my fig tree though :).

Beautiful fig!  A few of those would be a complete meal!  
Caprification really swells the seeds and makes the fig larger. I wonder if more nutritious?

It's in fact a delicious fruit ... with a mix of tropical flavors enhanced by the fact that's planted in ground ,  gets no forced irrigation neither any chemical fertilizer.. (fully organic)
On some years, its pulp shows darker shades, particularly on excessively dry seasons.

Francisco what is the best time to sample figs in the Algarve region as I'm planning to visit family in madeira island next summer and hopefully visit Algarve as well next summer.

Mid August to Mid Sept , think to be best time.
