Hi, does anyone know what type of figs that can be dried whole like those in the supermarkets?Can big size figs be dried too? like texas blue giant, sultane, ect

I think all figs can be dried whole, it just takes longer on large figs and you risk the figs getting covered in mold before drying out. That's why it is recommended to cut large figs in half.You can dry them in a dehydrator, in the oven or outside during hot weather, there are many articles and youtube videos showing how people do it, for example here.Or check google results on "how to dry figs".
