Where are the fig orders?

I wonder if anyone on this forum who has ordered any trees from these people have received their tree orders at all.
I am still waiting for my fig trees that I ordered in April of 2016, October 2016 and November 2016.
A total of 10 rooted trees. No word from the owner of this business.
My email to greenfingardens@gmail.com has been ignored.
Does anyone know what is going on?

Have you been reading this forum or have been looking at pictures, it is incredulous to me that you have not seen this issue.

Thank you very much for your unnecessary sarcasm...it's not helping any.
I never came to the forum before and only realized others had posted about the same topic after I asked about it.
I didn't think there was an issue because I knew the orders were supposedly backed up, since he had put an update on the website a couple of times but it has been a few months. I was just being patient but there is a limit to my patience. Now I just feel scammed, after reading the other posts...

I have sent an email with an apology for my response, but to all newcomers......Do some homework before buying anything from anyone, even if they claim membership in a forum.

You have been scammed, along with a whole bunch of other people.  Even if James started shipping today and shipped everything ordered, he would still be in breach of contract.

Thank you. I have already filed a complaint with PayPal. We'll see what happens...I am mostly disappointed because I really wanted those trees. I was willing to wait, even longer, just as long as I could get them. Wonder how long it's going to take before the order site gets taken down.

If everyone files a complaint on PayPal that should at least notify them of the size of this problem and hopefully cause them to at least issue us refunds on our purchases.

Just got off the phone with Pay Pal.
Never mind PayPal won't give a refund if the order was past 180 days so they suggest that if you paid using your bank account you can contact your bank to try to get the funds return to you.

A month or so ago I got two transactions refunded from American Express. Still waiting on the third to be closed and refunded.

Also, the 90-180 day issue does not apply because the vendor told us the product would be delayed at the point of sale. If Paypal cant help you, call the credit card company you used.

And file a complaint with the above links. If these consumer protection agencies do not hear from us they cannot help us.

At some point he will be selling the trees he has under another name or via eBay so keep an eye out.

I just received a call back from the consumer protection division, and was asked to submit a complaint to:

What people are not sending the orders is there a thread with their names or anything so all can see. Maybe make it a sticky on top
