Plan to make some jars of fig jam.
I've been eating fig jam the whole winter and still have many more jars left ... ( poor me ... LOL ).
Trees are now growing and some have fruits that survived the last frost, so, so far so good !
Except for "Grise de tarascon" that has no figs left and is a San pedro ... Only green leaves in the forecast of this year ...
