Hardy Chicago cut open with some dirt -dont ask, but added a little "earthy" flavor when those few were eaten right there in my yard. ; ) Hardy Chicago displayed on bottom paper plate . Negretta Displayed on top paper plate. Also trying to show how dark the Negretta figs are they are probably the darkest in yard this season . I compared it next to my flat black color vaping device.

Martin on your Hardy Chicago plate are those two types of Hardy Chicago's from other sources or are they from the same tree?Thanks

Hi Rob yeah thats the only hardy chicago tree i have, except this recent tiny spare in the case this tree is the one i put in ground and probably gets killed . Picture taken August 15th of spare.

Martin, those are just lovely. A huge pile of fruit from your HC, and the Negretta is SO dark, it's like the Darth Vader of figs.

Hi Bass, on my palate hardy chicago is different taste i like hardy chicago more .
