Three figs arrived from one green world - I potted them up today and placed them in the shade to give them some adjustment time (lesson learned...)

Stella is on the left, Black Spanish in the middle, and Atreano on the right. And of course my pooch, Violet, modeling them off.

That makes 11 total for me. I think I'm cooling my collecting jets - for now ;)

What breed of dog is Violet?  She's adorable.

Their breed is called Staffordshire Bull Terrier - the smaller english cousin to their larger American cousins. They are fully grown at 28 pounds - smaller than everyone thinks they are by their photos.

I picked them up at Lowes. I picked them because of the handles (and they're pretty).
