I was trimming a fig tree for a customer on tuesday -see fig related She has an asian pear in her yard that has very good but very small pears they are the size of golf balls. does anyone have any experience with an asian pear this small? I would ask elsewhere but this is the only forum I am on

Kikisui was usually on the small side.

Did she thin out the crop. With asian pears if you don't remove some fruit buds they will all grow smaller especially when the tree is younger.

Good one Frank They were suprisingly free from any astringent taste I am going to get scion from it I like the small snack size of this one. They are not a meal in itself like yours
