Greetings all. This is a picture of about one third of my collection. Day-by-day, figs getting larger as the plants stretch enjoying the warmth of Summer, coupled with their daily soak from our drip irrigation system. Most of these were pinched back about three or so weeks ago.

Looks good but there are many trees that need to be removed because they are shading the figs.

Rich, those trees that appear to be shading the figs are really back in our wooded area. Trees on the deck are in full sun for 6 hours or more. From the time it rises until around 1430 when it ducks behind those shade trees. Havent had any issues with too much shade!
