Very nice Ken.I enjoy BT'S main crop.I pinch all the brebas on my bt so I get riped main figs.Enjoy your figs and thank you for sharing.

Nice!! Are the main crop figs that large! I had one from my celeste yesterday - it teased my taste buds for more :)

Jo-Ann, no, the main crop figs aren't nearly that big, although I would still consider them on the large side. This tree doesn't get many brebas--I think the four I showed is the whole crop--but they always ripen early enough to make me look forward to the other trees' main crops.

Ken many frown on Brown Turkey figs but if they taste good to you thats all that matters. Keep your pictures of figs trees coming this season and thanks for sharing this one.

I've never had a Brown Turkey fig. But those look pretty good.

Is there really a bad fig? I know, some would say yes. Personally, I think each has its particular merits. Nice brebas.
