I always get my order in early, like prior to June, and this is the first year they took so long to confirm:

Thank you for your order.  Your order number is XXXXXX and is now part of our winter dormant cuttings that
will ship sometime in February/March of 2013.  Thank you for providing us with your FedEx account number to help with our shipping costs, it is greatly appreciated.  Please make sure that your UPS account is up to date and valid around the time of shipping.

When posting the order to them, I always (always, always) include a note in the message both requesting a confirmation that the order was received and thanking them for their work.  I think I got confirmations the couple of times I've put in orders.

I just received my confirmation today as well.  I was expecting it around a month from now, but I will not complain of course.

Got my order in on August 9th: GOt this last night.

Thank you for your order.  Your order number is xxxxxx and is now part of our winter dormant cuttings that

I sent in my request per the info sheets details; I then resent it to Mary Parker directly.

My initial submission was on July 20; I sent the email to Ms. Parker on the 24th and received a reply from her on the 27th.   Received my confirmation from the order desk yesterday (August 27).
