Pretty sure its a BT but need some confirmation please

We have large fig tree in our backyard, was here when we moved in back in 2007. I suspected it was a Brown Turkey from others I've seen similar in the neighborhood but want to know for sure if it can be identified by breba pics. It had a few breba this year, here is one that seemed to be ripe based upon softness and droopieness. It tasted slightly sweet but not as fig like as the main crop does in the fall. Is this a BT or possibly something else? No not BT, they usually have a sizeable void inside each fig. Your fig also looks darker

Thank you all for the input. Here are some more pictures... Another breba ripening, young leaves, main crop coming in nicely and older leaves. I suspect a couple of well ripened main crop figs may provide us enough information to identify, sorry about the wait. Just a suggestion: find the macro button on your camera; it looks like a flower. use it when shooting close-up to prevent blurry pics like this. will healp a bit for folks reviewing the photos. __________________ Jason Atlanta/Grant Park area - z8

Fruit it starting to ripen, very excited as we've been waiting to eat them all year long. Here's a few more picture of the main crop that has set and may help identify this unknown fig. One was a little bulbous looking but it tasted better than then "properly shaped" fig that had a thicker skin. Mild sweetness with a berry flavor. It does get mroe intense towards the fall with sweetness and favor but not disappointed at all so far. Some more fruit ripened up today that the squirrels did not get. There were not as sweet as the last few yesterday but still very nice tasting with a firmer seed. Yes Frank, they certainly are small and closed. Eyes are always red too. The part that throws me is the thick skin. I've been through the varieties list at least half a dozen time looking for a match and none so far. Had figs for dinner tonight. I don't know what kind of fig tree this tree is but we are enjoying its fruit. My wife , ever so adverturesome and a keener palette ten times my own, cracked an ever so slight amount of coarse sea salt on one of the figs and that was delicious. You gotta try that one if you haven't already.
