Here's some pictures of my Jolly Tiger I wanted some opinions on if I should trim some of these green leaves seems like there are quite a few green leaves on it , and I am not sure if I should wait to see if the leaves change or if I should start trimming some of them now?

Dave leaves grow in pairs opposite each other from a shoot weather its the top of plant of coming from a side shoot.
With that in mind when you see a pair of all green leaves they should come off as they will continue growing like that.

I see many side shoots on the main all green and should be removed , the very top has 1 variegated leaf and with opposite leave green which is fine.

If i were you i see down at soil level a pair of leaves that are both varigated let it grow big enough to make yourself a airlayer as a backup and use the parent plant as a learning plant.
Also there tiny but i see some emerging buds and they may or may not come out variegated and you will know in time and perhaps if variegated secure yourself even another backup as your current plant just wasn't pruned properly early on.
Use it as a learning tool and your airlayer can be really beautiful and stand out amongst your other fig trees in yard now that you know how to prune or will know.  ; )

Thank you very much Martin for all the information I'll trim the green leaves off that are across from each other I wasn't quite sure how to deal with it now I know 

What was the mother plant of a Jolly Tiger?
