Hi everyone,

I have air rooted a Sals, It does not have many roots but I do see some, should I leave it like this over the winter? or should I cut it now?

I am in NY, it will be getting cold very soon here.

Put a light close to leaves and it will help a whole lot. Florencent is fine.

During the summer month, I would give it at least four weeks or more before thinking of removing it. There was one that I left on all summer long.
So if yours goes dormant, you might be able to pick up from where you left off in the spring, just make sure that it does not totally dry out, but not over watered either.

Thanks Sas, it will soon be in my garage that does not go below 40, I can monitor it well and keep it damp.
