I received this cutting from Jon this last spring. This fig was amazing and gave me the "Wow" factor. The plant is not that big and was the first fig. I can't wait to see how it improves. It was sweet, rich, and had the tangy berry taste that I've been waiting for. Thanks

I got Figo Preto as a cutting from Jon last Spring too. However, I pulled the figs off of mine - I don't think they would have ripened this year with the cool, wet Spring we had. I'm impressed you got one to ripen in zone 6 - good job!

Best fig for me this year, also Encanto. A very complex, rich, almost smoky flavor. Glad to see you like it.

Preto is one of my favorites. A great neighborhood unknown elevated to the place of high esteem it merits.
