I brew some fig leaf tea. It taste pretty good. Very similar to Chinese herbal tea. I have yet to make fig tea. Is it best to use dry green leaves or use them after they turn color in Fall. I recall someone saying they use the leaves that fall off naturally. You inspired me to pick some leaves and dry them out. I took the quick route and placed the leaves in the microwave for about 10min with power level 2. They came out crispy and I gently crumbled them up. I haven't tried it yet.
