So this is my 2 year old Marabout. They looked ripe on the outside but like this on the inside. Not sure if this confirms it needs wasp pollination or just to young to ripen.

Frank: You can make good fig pickles from these green figs. They will taste very good with crunchy and figgy flavor. If you need a recipe how to make fig pickles, please let me know. Thanks for sharing. Best, Tam

Buy a heated greenhouse and some Central Californian caprifigs with figs on. You know you wanna.
