Anyone heard from Ruben (go4broek), Alexsis (landscapeWitch), Vivian (Noss), JA (Jstall)????

It seems like members come and go, I guess the newness wears off.

I am also looking for a contact in the San Antonio area.

They might just be busy Danny. Try sending them an e-mail through the system.

I know for me life got in the way this winter but I think most of us gravitate back sooner or later.

Emailed Jason (Satelitehead)....in December 27,2013 to see where he has been. He emailed me back saying that he is working 60 hr weeks and has added new children to his family. so he has dropped out of the forums. He said he hopes to be back 6-9 months.  ( I missed him, at the beginning of the forums for me, he was giving out good advice )

There are many more to name.

Couple of ways to bring them all back.

1) Is to video tape Jon eating a Brown Turkey fig and posting it here.
2) Is to video tape Martin eating a light fig and posting it here.

Having both doing these things in the same room at the same time,,, Priceless!

Alexis was amazing!  I miss her too!  She sent me my Adriatic, all rooted and pretty and threw in a Galbun.  I wonder if it lives.  Not showing life, but can't pull it out.  Too many roots.  Patience!

Her Adriatic is in ground and growing like the weed it is!!  But the Galbun.  Wishing for success with that one.

I hope she returns soon.  A good fig friend!

Danny,

I had e-mailed Vivian and sent her some local Celeste cuttings over the holidays.  Like others, sometimes life gets in the way of other things, even the figgy forum.

On a side note, I let you down........all three of your unknown purple fig cuttings failed to grow.  Totally my fault.  You sent me those cuttings in Aug 2013 and I tried rooting them over the Christmas holidays.  I should have started them much sooner. : (
