I have several spots left on the frankenfig and a fridge full of cuttings to trade. My Native Black from Belle Chase LA did not survive the winter, and I'd like to get another. Any other closed eye humidity-tolerant figs would be appreciated. I have many cuttings for trade, though many are from as-yet unproven sources, so I'd prefer to stick to the sure things: the LSU orchard cuttings and a few from good folks here. I'm at work, so I need to verify what non-LSU cuttings I have that I trust enough to offer, but LSU-wise, I have at least a couple of each: LSU Gold O'Rourke Hollier Hunt LSU Purple Tiger Marseille Smith email at Figtrades@hotmail.com

I got three copies, lol! The first fig looks fantastic but the halved pic shows an open eye. The second also looks great, but you wrote "these 2 pics are the same fig, the cracking and splitting is due to caprification, since you don’t have wasps there they will not have an open eye and won’t split. It is a Pastilliere. . ." This don't quite jibe with my understanding of such things. I want to make sure, no wasp needed, right? I am getting close to filling the tree's free spots, and I'm being much more selective. I've had several emails, but none necessarily appeal just yet. Please don't feel rejected if I decline your offer, everyone, I can afford to be picky at this point. OTOH, my intention is to root some of the remaining cuttings, and have a gift-a-thon here with the rest soon, so don't dispair!
